Your Say On Vtech Innotab vs Leappad Tablet

Is there anything else I have missed in my comparison between Vtech Innotab and Leappad Tablet? Please write them down below.

Innotab has a problem - I've been trying to load videos onto the tablets I bought for grandkids and haven't been able to do it in any format. Learning Lodge doesn't recognize the videos at all. Have sent two messages to manufacturer thus far but haven't gotten an answer to why this is such a pain.

Got a LeapPad for Xmas. Spent 3 days trying (and failing) to connect to the internet, even with thier help. Horrible instructions. Had me going to IP addresses and firewall changes. Still no luck! Is Innotab better at getting it to interface with a PC? This should be plug and play. Anon-computer person will never be able to get Leappad to work! Any suggestions?
